Information used for your order

We collect the name, email address, order selections, pickup time and any notes you provide. A phone number is required for store delivery and is optional for pickup. Delivery also requires an address and may include apartment or delivery instructions. Please keep health information and other sensitive personal details out of order notes.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to price and fulfill your order, communicate its status, resolve problems and maintain transaction records. Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores menus and orders, Telegram delivers order tickets to restaurant staff, and Zoho sends acceptance emails. Store delivery address verification sends the street, city, state and ZIP code to the U.S. Census Geocoder.

Authorize.net collects card details in its hosted payment form. This website receives a payment token and transaction status; it does not store your full card number or security code. The gateway may retain transaction information under its own policies.

DoorDash, Uber Eats, maps and social links open services operated by other companies. Information you give those services is handled under their policies.

Browser storage

Your browser stores your cart so it can be restored. A delivery-address cookie remembers a verified address for up to four hours. Authorized editor sign-in uses browser storage. Clearing browser storage removes saved carts and sign-in information on that device; it does not delete an order already submitted.

Retention and requests

Order and transaction records are retained for fulfillment, support and business recordkeeping. The restaurant maintains retention settings separately from the website. Copies can also exist in restaurant messages, email systems, payment records, logs and backups. Deletion from the live order database does not immediately remove every backup or vendor copy. Records needed for accounting, disputes or other valid obligations may be retained.
