Payment and restaurant acceptance

Card payment is processed by Authorize.net. A payment confirmation and restaurant acceptance are separate steps. Restaurant staff receive the order and confirm acceptance separately. Pay-at-pickup options, where offered, are paid at the restaurant.

If payment remains processing or the connection fails after you submit, do not place another payment. Keep your order number and call (770) 518-4800 so staff can check it. Contact the restaurant for changes, cancellations, payment concerns or refund requests; this website does not provide self-service refunds.

Pickup and delivery

Requested pickup times are shown in the restaurant’s local Eastern time. Preparation estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery arrival times. Store delivery is offered only after the address check confirms eligibility, currently within a three-mile straight-line radius, with a $5 delivery fee. Tips are optional. Checkout shows applicable tax, delivery fee, tip and total before payment.

If an address cannot be verified or falls outside the area, choose pickup or use the linked DoorDash or Uber Eats services. Orders placed with those services follow their checkout, delivery and support procedures.

Food questions and support

For allergy, ingredient, substitution or accessibility questions, call the restaurant before ordering. A typed note does not confirm that the kitchen can meet a request. For any order problem, call (770) 518-4800 and provide your order number without sharing full card details.
